Southland is the sh*t. As in good. It aired on NBC for 2 seconds, someone had a stroke and cut it, then got picked up on TNT and has lived happily ever since. It’s a pretty graphic representation of the life of L.A. cops. It gets bloody and serious. It stars Ben McKenzie (yay!), Michael Cudlitz, Regina King, and Shawn Hatosy. It used to star Kevin Alejandro, but then he got killed off and went to True Blood. I cried for a week after that!
